I build creative operations from scratch, scale brand systems across hundreds of locations, and deliver under pressure.
From print to digital, apparel to logos — I develop cohesive visual identities and the systems that keep them consistent across every touchpoint.
I built a creative intake and workflow system that managed requests across a 145-location brand — from brief to delivery — with zero team infrastructure.
Looking to bring my production depth, operational expertise, and creative range to a team where I can manage projects, lead workflows, and help a brand's creative output reach its full potential.
Joined as the sole designer for a brand spanning 145 locations with no existing creative workflow, intake process, or asset system. Every request was ad hoc. Nothing was consistent.
Designed and implemented a full creative intake system — standardized briefing, request triage, template libraries, and delivery workflows — all while producing daily creative output.
779 projects delivered in a single year. Consistent brand standards across all 145 locations. A repeatable system that could scale beyond one designer.
A Lancaster, PA property management company operating across the Susquehanna Valley had been maintaining its own social media but needed a more consistent, professional presence to meaningfully increase visibility and build credibility with property owners and investors in a competitive regional market.
Took over full management of the client's social channels — developing a cohesive visual system aligned with her brand, writing all copy, and producing three posts per week across platforms. Design and copy are handled together to ensure every post serves both the visual brand and the strategic goal of attracting owners and investors, not just renters.
A consistently professional and strategically focused social presence that reliably reaches the client's target audience — with ongoing retainer engagement reflecting the client's confidence in both the strategy and the execution.
A luxury pet supply startup entering a crowded market needed an identity that felt premium and distinctive from day one — with nothing to build on. No existing brand equity, no visual language, no guidelines. Everything had to be created from scratch.
Developed a complete brand system rooted in refined elegance rather than the playful aesthetic typical of pet brands. Designed a primary logo, a versatile submark, curated font pairings, and a restrained color palette of cream, black, and gold — then extended the system to packaging with a bespoke tissue paper pattern that carried the brand into the unboxing experience.
A fully launch-ready brand identity system that positioned Meow Meow & Company as a luxury alternative in the pet supply space — cohesive, scalable, and built to extend across every future touchpoint.
I don't just design assets — I build the infrastructure that makes consistent creative possible at scale. Intake processes, template systems, brand standards, and workflow design are as important to me as the final file.
Print. Digital. Social. Apparel. Logos. B2B and B2C. I've worked across mediums and industries without letting range dilute quality. Every project gets the same rigor regardless of format.
Four years of running a solo creative operation at scale is leadership experience. I've managed stakeholders, prioritized competing requests, set brand standards, and delivered at volume — all without a team to delegate to.
I'm a Minnesota native who took the long way home — living in Oregon and Colorado before returning to the land of lakes and long winters that somehow still feels like the right place to be. My passions outside of design are pretty straightforward: dogs, horses, and mountains. Preferably all three at once.
I love to write, and I'm currently working on my first thriller novel — because apparently designing 779 projects a year wasn't keeping me busy enough. I find my deepest inspiration in nature and firmly believe there is no problem so big that a walk in the woods can't put it back into perspective.
My home office comes fully staffed with two highly opinionated supervisors: Abby, a 7-year-old Australian Kelpie, and Bruno, an 8-year-old Border Collie/Aussie cross. They monitor my productivity closely and have a zero-tolerance policy for skipped walks. I consider their judgment impeccable.
I call Minnesota home but am actively seeking fully-remote opportunities with companies that promote growth, longevity and work-life balance.
